The Elusive - Ely Chevillot

This short film directed by the director Ely Chevillot as a student film at the end of her studies at the IAD has been critically acclaimed with more than 40 nominations and 11 winnings at festivals.

The Elusive tells the story of Catherine, a mother very close to her 12 year old son Clément, who discovers that recently, Clément has forced a girl from his class to kiss him.

This short film explores the loving relationship of a mother and her son when facing the troubles that come at pre-adolescence, with the question of harassment and consent.

We especially applaud the work Ely Chevillot has done with young actors such as the actor of Clément played by Igor Van Dessel.
