Pitch, Please! – Apply Now for the Film Pitch Workshop
Apply for the Workshop Pitch, Please! – How to Pitch Your Project to an International Crowd and take your project to the next level at the Film School Day (Thu, June 4) of the 42nd Short Film Festival Hamburg, taking place June 2–7.
About the Event
How do you pitch a film that doesn’t even exist yet?
In this dynamic, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to shape your idea, hook your audience, and deliver a pitch that sticks.
Together, we’ll tackle the essentials:
What’s your film in one sentence?
What makes it stand out?
How do you spark curiosity – and convince others of your vision?
You’ll develop your own project, get direct feedback from an experienced industry coach,
and build a pitch you can actually use.
The highlight: You’ll present your project live in front of an audience and a jury of industry
professionals – and receive valuable feedback.
The workshop takes place in English and includes online sessions, an in-person workshop
in Hamburg, and a final public pitch. Please only apply if you’re available for all dates.
