Submit Your Project to IFFR CineMart 2027

Independent filmmakers and producers from around the world can now submit their projects to IFFR CineMart 2027, the co-production market of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). Taking place from 31 January to 3 February 2027, CineMart brings together a carefully curated selection of feature film and immersive media projects with international producers, financiers, sales agents, distributors and festival professionals.

Recognised as one of the world's leading co-production markets, CineMart is designed to help bold independent projects secure financing, creative partnerships and international exposure. Selected teams benefit from one-to-one meetings, tailored mentorship and extensive networking opportunities that can help move projects from development into production.

For the 2027 edition, CineMart is giving priority to projects making their first international market presentation, reinforcing its commitment to showcasing fresh projects entering the global marketplace. Feature film projects must be intended for theatrical release, have both a producer and director attached, demonstrate secured development funding or third-party investment, and have a total budget of no more than €8 million. Projects should also have clear international co-production potential.

Applications are open until 3 September 2026, with reduced submission fees available for early applications. Fees are €25 (early), €35 (standard) and €55 (late), depending on the submission date. Projects supported by the Hubert Bals Fund may also be eligible for the dedicated CineMart x HBF strand.

Filmmakers can find the full eligibility criteria and submit their projects through the official IFFR CineMart application page.
